Swim evaluation to include tips for improvement on technique, endurance and safety. Pictures and evaluation to include a workout for specific needs.
From the deck, coach observes swim technique and advises on proper stroke development of endurance performance. Swim workout included with evaluation. 1hr
Coach swims under water to observe breathing, hand entry, pull, rotation and kick. Film footage is included in the above evaluation. Coach in water can SEE all sides of your stroke and effectively demo strokes and explain the purpose and exact way to perform the stoke. 1 hr.
Bike safety, drills and gear efficiency are all required for a good race! Get one-on-one skills with any of our coaches. Also can be applied to Bike Shoe Clinic. Learning how to make the switch to a bike clip and cleat safely with the encouragement of a skilled professional.
