She is ready to help develop a training plan or consult for each sport. Knowledge is power! In our sport, Merel is ready to educate and prepare you for the race and all the nutrition and strength needed to perform and achieve success! Our goal is to change your view on fitness and group training, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Group training is encouraging and supportive. All out there ready to keep each other accountable! Merel enjoys racing and is bilingual in Dutch and consults in all sports.
