She also offers private classes in weight-training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance. Our group classes include Pilates, water aerobics and everything Triathlon! New classes are added seasonally.

You can also find Sandra leading groups in training at YMCA, Villa Sports, and The Woodlands Township! 

Sandra is a Certified Personal Trainer, USAT Triathlon Coach, RCCA Run Coach and participates with her group in local and national races....New York, Chicago, and Boston!!!
